Who this review is for

This appointment suits an employee who is unsure how their agreed hours, actual hours, and pay fit together, or a small employer checking an existing arrangement before the next payroll run. It is especially useful where earnings fluctuate, shifts change, more than one job is involved, or a mini-job may become employment subject to social-insurance contributions.

What we examine

Before the meeting, we ask for the employment contract, amendments, three recent payslips, a sample of working-time records, and a short chronology. During the call we examine:

The result is a factual issue map—not a generic contract score. Within two business days, you receive a written summary that records the assumptions used, points that appear consistent, points needing correction or confirmation, and practical questions to raise with payroll or the other party.

What is not included

The fee does not include court representation, drafting a termination agreement, tax returns, binding status determinations by an authority, or correspondence sent in your name. We do not calculate a complete historic payroll reconciliation from raw shift data during this appointment. If that work is needed, we will define it and quote separately.

Preparation and constraints

Send documents at least two business days before the appointment. Redact tax IDs, social-security numbers, bank details, and unrelated medical information. Advice reflects the documents and facts supplied; concealed side agreements or another undeclared job can change the assessment.

Next step

Send a brief description of the arrangement. We will confirm fit and offer appointment times. Payment is requested only after a suitable slot and scope have been agreed.
