Read the terms in their practical context
We review one proposed contract or amendment, up to 15 pages, and discuss what its wording means for your expected week. The conversation covers stated hours, shift allocation, overtime or extra hours, work location, probation, paid leave, notice, and references to collective agreements where present.
You receive an annotated question list for the employer after the call. The service does not negotiate on your behalf, certify that every clause is enforceable, or replace advice from a lawyer where a dispute already exists.
Please send the document two business days before the meeting and explain whether a signing deadline has been given. We do not use false urgency: if the available review time is too short for a responsible answer, we will tell you.
