Data we process
When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, selected consultation type, and message. During an engagement we may process contact details, appointment correspondence, billing records, contracts, payslips, schedules, and working-time information that you choose to provide. Please redact tax IDs, bank details, social-security numbers, and unrelated health information.
Technical logs may include IP address, request time, browser information, and requested path for security and reliable delivery. Cookie-choice storage is described in our cookie notice.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiries and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; deliver agreed services and invoice clients under the same basis; retain tax and business records under Article 6(1)(c); and secure, maintain, and defend the service under our legitimate interests in Article 6(1)(f). Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted, rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a).
Recipients and processors
Access is limited to personnel and providers who need it for hosting, secure document exchange, email, appointment administration, accounting, or professional support. Providers act under appropriate contracts where required. We disclose information to authorities or professional advisers when legally required or necessary to establish or defend claims.
International transfers
We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data in a country without an EU adequacy decision, we use an appropriate safeguard such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary protections. You may ask for information about the applicable safeguard.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Engagement files are generally retained for three years after the end of the calendar year to address contractual questions. Invoices and records subject to German tax or commercial retention duties are kept for the statutory period, commonly up to ten years. Security logs are normally removed within 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident. We delete or anonymise data when the applicable purpose and retention duty end.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@netwirepoint.digital. You may also complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority; in Hessen this is the Hessischer Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
Automated decisions and required data
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Fields marked as required are needed to assess and answer an enquiry; without them we may be unable to respond or provide the service.
We update this notice when processing changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
