Part-time & mini-job compliance review — €165 incl. VAT
Includes review of the agreed document set, a 75-minute office or video appointment, a written action summary within two business days, and one brief clarification by email within seven days.
Employee contract check — €120 incl. VAT
Includes review of one contract or amendment up to 15 pages, a 50-minute video call, and an employer-question list. A second contract or a collective agreement may require a separate quote.
Small-employer mini-job check — €245 incl. VAT
Includes review of one role, a 90-minute working session, and a correction list. Payroll processing, registrations, bespoke contract drafting, and legal representation are excluded.
Additional work
Work beyond the stated scope is never added silently. Historic document sorting, a second role, or a follow-up document review is quoted at €95 per hour incl. VAT, usually with a time cap. If the matter should instead go directly to a lawyer, tax adviser, payroll bureau, or the Minijob-Zentrale, we will say so before charging for unnecessary work.
Booking and payment
After we confirm that the question fits, you receive available times, the agreed scope, cancellation terms, and an invoice. Payment by bank transfer is due before the appointment unless an employer client has agreed invoicing terms.
