Netwirepoint began with a recurring observation: employees and small businesses often have the same stack of documents, yet read different arrangements into them. A contract says “mini-job,” the roster keeps moving, payroll shows another figure, and nobody has set out the assumptions.
Our role
We turn that stack into a chronological, understandable account. Consultations focus on employment documentation, working-time records, regular remuneration, leave treatment, and the questions that should be put to payroll or the other party.
Our lead consultant, Mara Neumann, has twelve years of experience supporting German owner-managed businesses with personnel administration and advising internationally mobile employees on workplace documentation. She works in English and German and completes annual continuing education in employment administration and social-insurance practice.
Netwirepoint is not a law firm or tax-advisory practice. When a client needs court representation, a binding tax opinion, collective representation, or a formal status procedure, responsible work means making that boundary explicit.
How we work
We read before we speak. A document list and chronology arrive first; the appointment is used to test facts rather than watch someone open attachments. Advice distinguishes a current rule, an assumption based on missing evidence, and a practical preference.
We do not promise a particular outcome. We do promise to identify what the documents support, what they do not establish, and which next conversation is likely to matter.
The Frankfurt connection
Our office near Frankfurt Hauptwache serves local hospitality, retail, care, and professional-service workers, alongside small employers whose staffing needs do not fit a standard full-time week. Video appointments are available across Germany.
